("Cellular Advisory," "we," "us," or "our") builds and operates AutoVA, a software service that helps real estate agents respond to and follow up with leads by phone call, text message (SMS), and web chat. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
When you contact a Cellular Advisory client (a real estate agent using AutoVA) or interact with our own website, we may collect:
- Your name, phone number, and email address, if provided
- The content of text messages, calls, and web chat conversations exchanged with AutoVA
- Appointment and scheduling information you provide when booking
- Basic technical information such as pages visited on this website
How we use this information
Information collected through AutoVA is used only to:
- Respond to your inquiry on behalf of the real estate agent you contacted
- Follow up with you about that inquiry
- Schedule and confirm appointments you request
- Allow the agent (and Cellular Advisory, as the service provider) to review conversation history for quality and support purposes
SMS communication and consent
If you exchange text messages with AutoVA, that communication is used solely for the purposes described above. We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or SMS conversation content with third parties for marketing purposes. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your conversation.
How to opt out
You can stop receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any text conversation, or by emailing [email protected] and asking to be removed. You can also request that your information be deleted by contacting us at the same address.
Data sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share information only with the specific real estate agent you contacted (since AutoVA is acting on their behalf), and with service providers we use to operate AutoVA (such as our SMS, email, and hosting providers), solely to the extent necessary to deliver the service.
Data retention
We retain conversation and appointment data for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service and to allow the agent to maintain a record of their client communications, or until you request deletion.
