Why isn't there a fixed price listed?
AutoVA's cost depends on lead and message volume, which varies a lot between agents. Rather than post a number that doesn't apply to most people, we confirm your rate on a short call so it's accurate from day one.
Is there a setup fee?
No. Onboarding — including setting up your knowledge base and connecting your number — is included in your monthly plan.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. AutoVA does not require a long-term contract.
How long until SMS is fully active on my account?
New business phone numbers used for SMS in the U.S. go through a carrier registration process (called A2P 10DLC) before they can send text messages at full deliverability. This is a telecom industry requirement, not something Cellular Advisory controls the timeline on. We'll let you know exactly where your number stands during onboarding.
