This page must include a CCPA/CPRA-compliant "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" mechanism (§14.8) given expected California traffic. It will also disclose: what personal data is collected at checkout, how it's used (order fulfillment, fraud screening per §12.4, marketing opt-in), which third parties it's shared with (Stripe, the shipping carrier, dropship suppliers once Phase 3 lands), and how to request deletion or access.
